As per Twitter’s policy, users are required to login to their account at least once a month to prevent their account from being permanently disabled. Earlier this month, Musk threatened to hand over 52 Twitter accounts of National Public Radio to another company after these accounts stopped posting content to the Twitter feed.
Significantly, last month celebrities, Free blue ticks were removed from the accounts of thousands of people, including journalists and prominent politicians, because users did not pay for blue ticks even after the company’s announcement.
